LIVE O2 WITH ADAPTIVE CONTRAST
WHAT IS LIVE O2 WITH ADAPTIVE CONTRAST?
Live O2 w/ Adaptive Technology only takes 15 minutes! Patented Adaptive Contrast technology gives you access to both oxygen concentrated air and oxygen depleted air. It is the newest generation of exercise with oxygen technology. By training with oxygen depleted air your cells quickly create an increased demand for oxygen. When you flip the switch back to higher oxygen air your cells can absorb more oxygen. The Live O2 system uses some form of exercise to get your heart rate up. The level of exercise is dependent on the individual client. This is highly beneficial for all ages and lifestyles. We use high intensity training for athletes and those looking to improve their performance, and light treadmill walking to simple arm raises for patients with more serious conditions. Exercise is a daunting word to many – and when seeking treatment for a condition, some people experience self-doubt and/or a general negative connotation commonly associated with exercise. If you’ve fallen out of the habit, “exercise” can be a scary word. All we need is 15 minutes to get your heart rate close to a target level needed for initiating super oxygen delivery.
