- Do you accept insurance?

No. Unfortunately insurance does not accept us as the techniques and technologies we use do not have billing codes (CPT codes) that would allow us to submit claims. However we do accept and qualify for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or similar employer benefit plans.
- What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Check, Credit Card, and financing is available through our Health Cellutions Rewards app.

- Do you accept walk-in appointments?

Yes, if available. However, we prefer you call and make an appointment for a complimentary consultation so that you may receive our undivided attention and fully capture the Health Cellutions experience.
- How much do you charge for an initial consultation?

Initial consultations are complimentary. All programs are custom designed around your wants, needs and goals. We use this consultation to get to know you and educate and empower you to understand what your body is telling you. We then work together to design a program that best fits your needs.
- Do you offer discounts or savings throughout the year?

Yes. Health Cellutions offers various saving opportunities throughout the year. Savings are also available through the Health Cellutions Rewards app.
- Am I able to request a specific provider?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate your requests. Occasionally one of our trainers is on holiday and another trainer will step in to cover for them. For higher level providers you will always see the provider requested.
- How does your membership program work?

We have membership options for 4, 8, and 12 visits per month.We also offer various combinations to best suit a variety of needs. We also have various packages to fit most everyones needs. We can also customize packages on an as needed basis.
- Can I bring a friend?

You may bring someone for a complimentary consult and session if they have not been in before. Please make an appointment for them so we may give them the attention they deserve.
- Do you host private events?

Yes, on various topics of interest. We send out email invitations to special events.
